On behalf of the North Armagh Motorcycle & Car Club it gives me great pleasure to be able to announce that Michael Dunlop, MBE and 33 Times TT Winner, will compete at this year’s Around A Pound Tandragee 100.
Earlier this year, our Overall Sponsor, owner of Around A Pound, Gerry Rice, who has also been a personal sponsor of Michael’s for many years, had agreed to negotiate with Michael once the TT was over. True to their word, both men met and agreed that Michael will complete on his Supersport Ducati and Superstock MD Racing machines at this year’s Around A Pound Tandragee 100 event on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th June 2025.
The Club are absolutely thrilled to have Michael return to the iconic Tandragee 100 course, one of the few remaining ‘old school’ circuits – especially after his record-breaking performance at the 2025 Isle of Man TT! Michael now holds 33 career TT wins and 51 podiums (the most ever by a single rider), the most wins by different manufacturers, broke lap records and MD Racing won Team of the Year! He certainly deserves the honour of having a TT corner named MD’s!
Needless to say, we are sure that fans from across Northern Ireland, the South of Ireland and from mainland UK will enthusiastically be cheering him on this weekend. Let’s give him the warm welcome to Co Armagh he deserves and help him celebrate being given the honour of an MBE!
Needless to say, we are sure that fans from across both Northern Ireland and the South of Ireland will enthusiastically be cheering him on in around 2 weeks’ time. Let’s give him the warm welcome to Co Armagh he deserves!
Race fans can purchase their programme and parking package online and a QR code will be emailed to them. They present this QR code to be scanned upon arrival at the event and they will be given a programme which grants access to the parking and viewing areas.
